Order Modification or Cancellation

• You may request an order modification or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
• After this period, processing or fulfillment may already be in progress, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

To request a change, please contact our support team at support@merchpublic.com, including your order number and request details.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• Custom or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email support@merchpublic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for eligible cases.

Return shipping costs are covered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Note: Our return policy applies exclusively to products with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items).
• Please contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
• Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in original condition.
